Wholesale account Terms & conditions

To qualify for a Wholesale Account with Sweet Element Studio, you must hold a valid ABN within the Cake,Baking, or Hospitality industry.

Eligible businesses include home decorators, bakeries, cake supply stores, cafés, and restaurants.

Wholesale Account Requirements

$500 minimum spend for the first order.

$250 minimum spend for all orders thereafter.

Yearly sales must equal $1000 or more

If no order is placed within the first 3 months of account approval, the account will be cancelled. Accounts will also be closed if no orders are placed within any 6 month period.

Ordering & Payments

Orders must be paid in full at the time of placement (freight charges are calculated at checkout).

Payment Options include Credit Card and PayPal.

Returns & Claims

Any issues, missing items, or faulty products must be reported to

info@sweetelementstudio.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are not accepted unless the products are damaged or faulty.

Shipping rates

Please note that we do not offer free shipping on wholesale orders.

All orders within Australia are shipped via weight based flat rates, calculated at checkout as follows:

• Standard Flat Rate (0–4.9kg): $15.00
• Medium Box Rate (5–9.9kg): $25.00
• Large Box Rate (10kg and up): $35.00

Shipping fees will be automatically calculated and applied to your total upon checkout based on the total weight of your inventory selection.

HOME BASED CAKE DECORATORS

For home based decorators we require the following evidence that you qualify for wholesale pricing.

The following documentation is required to support your application.

• ABN certificate in their own name, or
• A trust / company certificate with their name mentioned on documentation
• Trading business name certificate (ASIC)
• Registered kitchen documentation with their local governing authority.

HOW TO APPLY FOR A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT

To create a wholesale account, please email the supporting documentation to info@sweetelementstudio.com.au.

Please email through copies of the required certificates.

Not emailing the certificates will result in a delay in getting your account set up.
